If you have private insurance, we recommend checking your specific policy before your appointment to confirm whether your consultation or treatment is covered.
We also see private patients who do not have private health insurance.
What about the Spanish public healthcare system?
Medicality is a private medical center and does not operate within the Spanish public healthcare system.
We do not accept the Spanish health card (SIP) or the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for consultations.
If you are registered with the public healthcare system but wish to see a Medicality doctor privately, you can contact us to schedule an appointment.

How to make an appointment
We offer appointments year-round, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends), subject to the availability of each doctor or healthcare professional.
Simply contact our team and let us know what you need. We will help you identify the appropriate medical specialty and schedule an available appointment.
