Longevity Medicine in Valencia
Longevity medicine is a personalized, preventive approach focused on your “healthspan”—the years you live in full health, with energy and independence. Instead of waiting for disease to strike, we measure how your body is aging internally, identify risk factors before symptoms appear, and design a tailored plan to address them.
This is not about cosmetic anti-aging or miraculous promises; it is based on science, data, and medical monitoring. We evaluate all the key factors that determine your biological aging and create a personalized plan to help you live a longer, healthier life.
Who is it for?
It is recommended for:
- High-workload professionals who want to treat their health as a key indicator rather than a hobby
- Individuals with “normal” lab results but real symptoms: fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, and changes in body composition
- Patients in perimenopause or those suspected of having a hormonal imbalance
This program is not suitable if you are looking for a single, one-off test, or if you expect results without changing your habits.

What do we mesure? Our method
Most longevity programs measure a great deal but result in little change. Ours is structured as a health project: we define a goal, a timeline, a strategy, and the necessary checkpoints to reach the objective. The desired outcome is not merely more information, but measurable improvement.
- Extense initial consultation. We define what you want to achieve in concrete, measurable terms: energy levels, body composition, cardiovascular risk, sleep quality, metabolic markers, and cognitive performance.
- Measurement. Advanced biomarker analysis and calculation of your biological age. Additional tests based on your specific needs: microbiome, oxidative stress and trace elements, hormonal profile, and cortisol levels.
- Interpretation. A specialist physician reviews your results with you—not just an automated report.
- Plan design. We focus on priorities rather than an exhaustive list of possibilities. We determine what to address now, what to tackle later, and what to consciously rule out—covering nutrition, hormones, physical activity, sleep, and prevention based on your data.
- Follow-up. We re-evaluate and adjust. Longevity is a process, not a one-time visit.
Strategies for healthy longevity
Your personalized plan combines—based on your data—several key factors that have a real, proven impact on how you age:
- Nutrition. The foundation of metabolic health and inflammation control.
- IV Therapy. Vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients administered intravenously when medically indicated. Discover our IV therapy options
- Movement and strength. Maintaining muscle mass is one of the strongest predictors of longevity.
- Sleep optimization. Sleep is when the body repairs itself; its quality shapes how you age.
- Hormonal balance. Correcting imbalances when they exist, always under medical supervision. Take care of your hormonal health
- Targeted supplementation. Only what is justified by your biomarkers and prescribed by your doctor. We do not sell supplements “by default.”
There are no shortcuts or magic formulas. Longevity is built through sustained decisions over time—guided by data and supported by medical expertise.

Our programs and services
Longevity is not a test; it is a project.
A comprehensive analysis, a biological age reading, and a list of supplements change nothing on their own. What actually shifts the metrics is what happens between consultations: how you sleep, eat, and move, and how you manage stress in your day-to-day life.
That is why every measure we propose—whether a test, a supplement, a medication, a training plan, or a dietary change—must fit with your work, your family life, and your preferences. If it doesn’t fit, it isn’t sustainable; and if it isn’t sustainable, it doesn’t work.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do I need to be sick or have symptoms to visit?
No. Longevity medicine is designed precisely for people who are healthy and want to stay that way. The sooner factors that accelerate aging are identified, the easier it is to address them.
How does it differ from my regular annual check-up?
A conventional check-up primarily aims to rule out existing disease. Our approach goes a step further: we use a broader panel of biomarkers, calculate your biological age, interpret the results with you during the consultation, and create a personalized action plan rather than just providing a report.
At what age does it make sense to start?
There is no “right” age, but the sooner, the better; many patients start between the ages of 35 and 50, when there is still ample opportunity for prevention. That said, it is beneficial at any age, as you can always optimize your health starting from where you are now.
Does longevity medicine promise a longer life or “reversing aging”?
We make no such promises. There are no miracles or magic formulas. What we do offer is evidence-based medicine: measuring, interpreting, and acting upon specific, modifiable factors so that you can live your years in better health.
Are hormone treatments or supplementation safe?
They are recommended only when there is a clear medical indication, always based on your lab results and with ongoing monitoring. We do not prescribe anything “by default”; every decision is based on your results and the evidence, weighing the benefits and risks with you.
Is it covered by health insurance?
Most of the requested tests will be covered by your insurance, though we cannot offer a guarantee as it depends on your specific policy. Some treatments may be covered, although they are generally private services. Cost transparency is a priority for us.
